We have done corporate system review which involves working with the key stakeholders of current information systems to determine how the corporate systems are being used and where opportunities for improvement may exist. The review focuses on the gaps between requirements and functionality, as well as determining future requirements. It looks at opportunities for improvement which may form the basis of a remediation plan.
